Still removes short-form video — YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook Reels — from supported websites in Safari on iPhone, iPad, and Mac and in Chrome or Firefox on desktop, so you can use those sites without the short-form scroll.

Getting started

Safari on iPhone, iPad, or Mac

  1. Install Still from the App Store.
  2. Turn on the Safari extension. On iPhone or iPad with iOS 18 or later, open Settings → Apps → Safari → Extensions. On iOS 17 or earlier, open Settings → Safari → Extensions. Turn on Still, then allow it on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. On Mac, open Safari → Settings → Extensions and do the same.
  3. Open the Still app. All four websites are included free. Check which services you want enabled. No account or purchase is needed.

Chrome or Firefox on desktop

  1. Install the Still extension for Chrome or Firefox.
  2. Open Still from the browser toolbar. All four websites are included free; no account is needed.
  3. Visit YouTube and reload once. The Shorts shelf and tab should be gone. Instagram and Facebook Reels removal and the TikTok website block are also free.

Frequently asked questions

It's not working on a site.

A few quick things to check:

Is Still free?

Yes. Still includes YouTube Shorts removal, Instagram and Facebook Reels removal, and the TikTok website block for free. No purchase or account is needed. Sign-in is optional and enables free cross-device settings sync.

Does Still block Shorts or Reels inside mobile apps?

No. On iPhone and iPad, Still works only on websites opened in Safari. It cannot remove short-form video inside the native YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok apps. Chrome on mobile does not support Still. On desktop, Still supports Safari on Mac and the Chrome and Firefox browser extensions.

I bought Still Pro in an earlier version. What should I do?

Install the free update when it becomes available for your browser or device. With the free update, all blocking features and optional settings sync are free, so you do not need to restore a purchase to use them. For help with an earlier receipt or refund, see below.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app's signed-in screen, choose Delete account. This deletes your Still account and synced settings. Local blocking remains available without an account. Account deletion does not automatically erase provider logs, backups, support emails or RevenueCat purchase history. See the privacy policy for retention and deletion details, or contact privacy@stillapp.fit for help.

Does Still collect my data?

Still does not collect browsing history or page content. Account services, RevenueCat and other providers process information described in the privacy policy.

I signed in but sync isn't working.

Make sure you're online and signed in with the same email on both devices. Allow time for sync to finish before checking the other device. If it still doesn't work, contact us.

Earlier purchases and refunds

Still is free. There is no subscription or purchase needed. These refund instructions apply to Still Pro purchases made in earlier versions:

For help finding an earlier purchase, email support@stillapp.fit with the email address from your receipt. Do not send payment-card details.
